Start with towel-dried hair
The styler works on wet or dry hair. Use the dryer head first if your hair is still damp.

Six months of cover on faults
If your styler develops a fault within 6 months, sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act give you the choice of a repair, a replacement or a full refund — and we pay the courier, not you.
Changed your mind? 14 days
Send any unused product back within 14 days for a full refund of what you paid for it, no reason needed. That is double the 7 days the law requires. Return postage is yours on a change of mind.
Your card never touches us
Checkout runs on Shopify and payments are processed by Yoco, a South African provider. Your card details go straight to them. OVERA never sees them and never stores them.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Allow 8 to 11 business days from the day you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery on the PRO™ 5-In-1 Hot Air Styler is free. The Heating Hand Comb is a flat R100. Order both together and you pay R100 in total. We deliver within South Africa only.
Who delivers it, and can I track it?
Your parcel is delivered to your door by Aramex Store-to-Door, an established national courier.
We email you a tracking number and link once the parcel is handed over. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days, email support@overa.co.za with your order number and we will chase it up.
What if I change my mind?
Send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, for any reason or none at all. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories.
That is double the 7-day cooling-off period the law requires. On a change of mind you pay the return postage, and any delivery fee you paid is not refunded.
What if it breaks or arrives faulty?
If it arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or develops a fault within 6 months, sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act give you the choice of a repair, a replacement, or a full refund — and the choice is yours, not ours.
We cover the courier cost both ways on a faulty or incorrect item. If a repair fails again within three months, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
Is it safe to put my card details in?
Checkout runs on Shopify's own encrypted checkout, and card payments are processed by Yoco, a South African payment provider. Your card details go directly to them.
OVERA never sees your card number and never stores it. We accept South African debit and credit cards.
Who am I actually buying from?

Will it suit my hair?
The PRO™ 5-In-1 has three heat settings, so you can work gentler on fine or colour-treated hair and stronger on thick hair. It is designed for wet or dry hair.
As with any heated tool, use the lowest setting that does the job, and if you have a scalp condition or chemically treated hair you are unsure about, check with your stylist first.
What is in the box, and will it work on SA plugs?
The styler comes with five click-on attachments: a dryer head, a blow-drying brush, two curling airwraps (left and right), and a hot brush, plus an instruction sheet.
It runs on 220V mains power with a Type C plug, which is the two-round-pin plug. Many South African wall sockets are the older three-prong type, so you may need a standard adapter — they are inexpensive and sold in most supermarkets.
